What about the financial arrangement?
40% of your purchase goes toward account setup, order processing, and administrative costs. The remaining 60% is held in a segregated account until your ashes are received for flight. It is not spent until you need it.
What if the launch fails?
Mission insurance is included. If the launch fails before achieving orbit, we provide a new collection kit for the next available mission at no additional charge.
What if I change my mind?
The service is fully transferable to a loved one. Written notice to Space Beyond is all it takes.
