A symbolic portion of their cremated remains, about 1 gram, is sealed inside the Remembrance spacecraft. In October 2027, it launches into sun-synchronous Earth orbit aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. It circles the Earth for approximately five years. You can track it. Follow it. Know where to look up on a clear night.
The rest of their ashes stay with you, at home, exactly as before. Do what feels right to you.
